A. TwinBees.com is the first online service listing platform completely focusing on the local business, who could be individuals or small business owners. Both business owner and individuals can list their service, products, event, promotions and contact informations. The listing service is absolutely free. However, we are currently accepting business located in San Francisco Bay Area only.
Q. Who can add a listing?
A. The business owners and individuals offering real services in local or through internet are welcome to submit the listing requests. You must register before submiting a listing. All listings are subject to approval by the administrator. We only approve the listing that indicates you own a real local business and can serve customers in San Francisco Bay Area. We do not accept Adult Contents, eCommerce Stores, Web Link Directories and business to business service providers.
Q. How do I add a listing?
A. You need login to TwinBees.com and go to "my account" section.
Q. How do I update a listing?
A. You need login to TwinBees.com and go to "my account" section. You can see your listings and update them.
Q. How do I remove a listing?
A. You need login to TwinBees.com and go to "my account" section. You can see your listings and remove it.
Q. Why do not I find my city when I add a listing?
A. Right now TwinBees.com only accept business listing from San Francisco Bay Area. Please contact us if we miss your city that you believe it belongs to Bay Area. Or you have online business which covers San Francisco bay area, you can add it into "online only" as your location.
Q. Why do not I find suitable category when I submit a listing?
A. We try our best to maintain right categories on our site but unfortunately we cannot cover them all. Click here to request adding a new category or adding your listing in "other" section.
Q. How comprehensive can a listing cover?

Q. Are those businesses verified by TwinBees.com?
A. No. All listings will be submitted via internet or mail. We try to maintain a clean listing directory and will verify the validity of the address. However, it is impossible to verify the detail of listing. If you find any listing contains incorrect information, please go to the listing and click the Report Abuse link to report it. We promise that we will investigate it and reply your email. We highly appreciate your report on any suspicious listing.
Q. Do I need login to add a review to a business?
A. You do not need be a registered user to add a review and rating to a listing. However, you should only submit only ONE rating and review to one listing.
